Imagine homes built without plans, institutions without foundations, societies without identity, or sports teams without a sense of what they are competing for; you wouldn’t look for success there, nor envy their results, and you might advise them to rethink the root of their ideas or recommend developing a strategy.

When there is no plan, no rationale, no vision of what our destination or successes will look like, are we truly free spirits or fools wandering in the desert searching for sand?

Is it a good plan — consistent with goals, rooted in mission-vision-values and consistent with your moral compass?
